Do the alternative brackets for the utility track come with the cover?

Yes, all the necessary hardware and instructions will be included with the cover. If the cover fits the utility track, alternative brackets will be provided.

Can I go to the car wash with the tonneau cover closed?

Automatic car washes with wax treatments are generally not recommended, as the wax can damage the vinyl and car wash brushes can damage the cover's thread. We recommend only using touchless car washes and water with normal soap to clean the cover.

Can I close the cover when the tailgate is closed?

It is important to latch down the cover before closing the tailgate. Ensure that the cover is securely fastened and closed before closing the tailgate to avoid any damage or interference.

Why is the top of the cover slightly arched?

The middle crossbar of the cover is designed to be slightly curved in order to prevent water from accumulating in the middle. This design ensures that water flows down and prevents pooling in the center of the cover.

Where should I place the weather seal strip?

You only need to apply the seal strip on top of the bulkhead/tailgate or anywhere you notice a gap between the truck bed and the cover. If all four sides are sealed and flush, the seal strip is not necessary.

[DESIGN] US Design Patented. The cover is dual-coated and constructed with heavy duty 24oz marine-grade vinyl. It features built-in horizontal crossbars that offer support when the cover is lying flat, and can roll up with the tarp to provide full bed access when needed. The cover also includes aircraft-grade aluminum side rails and stainless steel clamps for secure mounting to the truck bed.

[BUILD & MATERIAL] The cover seals with a Velcro strip on the sides and locks with a latch lock system at the tailgate. A tension system is available and can be adjusted on the end of the side rails to keep the cover tight and prevent vinyl wrinkles in any weather conditions.

[INSTALLATION INFO] The cover can be easily installed without the need for drilling, as instructions and mounting hardware are provided. Please note that small holes will need to be cut in the bedliner for vehicles equipped with over-the-bedrail bedliners in order to properly secure the clamps for cover installation. The cover will work with under-the-bedrail bedliners without modification.
